Weightloss (&weight gain)

For several years I've been trying to lose weight, from the diets to exercising twice every day. I'm at a point where motivation is the biggest problem, that and lack of energy, I'm not complaining, I know my problem, and I;m working to overcome it, but i have come far. I'm smaller than I was but I way alot more, but im a happier person now than i was 2-3 years ago :)
